The petitioner states that the petitioner is aggrieved by

the inaction on the part of the 2^nd respondent in correcting /

¶25

changing the date of birth of the petitioner in the Birth Certificate. According to the petitioner, he is employed in USA. The Birth Certificate with correct date of birth is necessary for production before USA authorities. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P11 application by e-mail in this regard.
