JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition is filed with the following prayers:
i. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction commanding the 4th respondent to act upon Ext.P1 order of the 3rd respondent by changing the nature of land of the petitioner as "Purayidam" in BTR and Revenue records, within a timeframe fixed by this Hon'ble court.
ii. To issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction commanding the 4th respondent to consider Ext. P2 Petition, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court;
iii. To dispense with the production of translation of vernacular documents;
iv. And to pass such other appropriate orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
