When this writ petition is came up for consideration on
09.04.2024, this Court passed the following order:-
“ No representation for the petitioner.
The petitioner will take steps to serve notice to R1 on or before 11.04.2024. If no steps are taken, the Registry will post the case in the defect list on 12.04.2024.
Post on 12.04.2024.”
Today also there is no representation. No steps are
taken. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
