JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P6 order dated 13.12.2013 directing the Principal Vedavyasa Institute of Technology, Karad Paramba P.O., Malappuram District to return the original of Transfer Certificate and other documents submitted by the 4^th respondent. The said order was issued on the basis of the directions issued by this Court in Ext.P5 judgment.

The learned counsel appearing for the 4^th respondent submits that the documents directed to be returned in terms of Ext.P6 have been returned to the 4^th respondent. Though a complaint is raised in the writ petition that Ext.P6 order has been issued without hearing the petitioner in spite of clear directions in Ext.P5 judgment to do so, considering the fact that the petitioner has already returned the documents to the 4^th respondent, I do not deem it necessary to consider this writ petition on merits.

The writ petition will stand dismissed recording the submission of the 4^th respondent that the documents directed to be returned in terms of Ext.P6 order have been so returned to him.
