This is a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.164/2023 of Malayinkeezhu Police Station (now Crime No.618/2023 of District Crime Branch, Thiruvananthapuram), Thiruvananthapuam District.
In the light of the above submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., reserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report if so advised.
