JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a Government contractor who undertakes large number of contract works for PWD. It is stated that a huge sum is due to the petitioner with respect to the works already done. It is further stated that as per Ext.P2, it can be seen that a sum of Rs.39,49,552/- is due to the petitioner for the works executed for PWD. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had undertaken all these construction works of PWD by availing huge amount of loan from various financial institutions.

respondents to permit the petitioner to enter into the agreement for execution of the work awarded under Ext.P1 treating Rs.39,49,552/covered by Ext.P2 as security deposit in compliance with Ext.P1, pending final disposal of the writ petition. In the light of the above mentioned interim order, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the writ petition does not subsists.
The writ petition is closed accordingly.
