JUDGMENT
Ext.P2 is the revision preferred by the petitioner-manager before the first respondent challenging the refusal to approve the appointment of the fifth respondent teacher. Learned counsel submits that no orders have been passed on the same so far and seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the same.
Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to take up Ext.P2 and pass orders in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties and after affording an opportunity for hearing, within an outer time limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
