JUDGMENT

Petitioner filed Ext.P6 before the 1st respondent claiming the benefit of Ext.P3. Petitioner submits that he is entitled to get a higher grade on completion of 22 years.

The learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that no orders are passed on Ext.P6 so far.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders thereon with notice to the petitioner and other affected parties if any, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within an outer time limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
