The petitioner has preferred Ext.P10 appeal before the 3^rd respondent seeking promotion as Headmaster.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no orders have been passed on Ext.P10 so far.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to take up Ext.P10, consider and pass orders on the same, in accordance with law, with notice to the petitioner and affected parties, if any. The orders, as directed above, shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
