This writ petition was filed on account of non-

implementation of Ext.P4 Government order and Exts.P5 & P6 Circulars regarding public works contract.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as of now, no relief is required in this writ petition. He submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if necessary on the very same cause of action.

Reserving the above liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.
