The Petitioner is working as Sweeper-cum-Peon at the Kerala State Co-operative Bank Ltd., Wayanad Branch, Kalpetta. Petitioner has filed representations before respondents 2 and 3 for parity of pay. It is stated that the petitioner is paid

only Rs. 210/-, whereas the sweepers of other branches in the

¶20

state are paid Rs. 350/-.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance voiced in the writ petition is limited to the matters referred in Ext. P14. Therefore, the petitioner seeks an order of this Court to direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P14 representation filed along with I.A. No. 1 of 2024.
