Nos.1 to 3 to register a crime based on the complaint lodged
by the petitioner in regard to the alleged triple talaq.
When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner
does not intend to prosecute the matter further.
Recording that submission this writ petition is
dismissed as not pressed.
