petitioner is drawing a salary of Rs.3,50,000/- is denied by him. His contention is that he lost his job. But he did not venture to produce any documents terminating his employment, nor any document showing his salary, if any drawn by him at present. Therefore, there is no evidence to hold that the petitioner is drawing more salary now. Of course, there is no material before the court to find what exactly is the salary drawn by the petitioner. From the copy of the affidavit of assets and liabilities submitted by the petitioner before the trial court, it is seen that the 1st respondent has the obligation of making payment of installments of various loans availed by her along with the petitioner. However the stand of the 1st respondent that petitioner is obliged to pay all loan installments. That contention cannot simply be countenanced. Since, there is nothing before the court that all such liabilities were incurred at the instance of the petitioner alone. It may be noted that the 1st respondent is employed in Vaniyamkulam Grama Panchayath as an Overseer.
