The petitioner has approached this Court seeking consideration of Ext.P2 bill. A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents stating that Ext.P2 bill relates to work on which there has been no agreement entered into between the parties. However, admittedly, the bill has not been rejected and the bill is still with the respondents.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 bill at the earliest, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
