JUDGMENT
(Dated this the 4th day of June 2024)
The petitioner is employed as a Driver at the Kannur
Depot of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation ( ‘KSRTC’). He was served with Ext.P1 notice suspending
him from service on 11.4.2024 on the ground that he had
consumed alcohol while on duty.

unjust and he has not committed any of the offences as alleged in Ext.P1. It is also stated in Ext.P2 that he is the sole
bread winner of the family. The petitioner prays for a speedy
disposal of Ext.P2 within a time frame.

Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the 2nd
respondent is directed to consider Ext.P2 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
