This review petition is filed contending that the respondent need
not be heard by the authorities as directed in the judgment under review. It will be open to the petitioners to raise such contentions before the said authority while taking a decision as directed in the judgment. I do not find any reason or error apparent on the face of the record to entertain this review petition as a second hearing cannot be conducted in the guise of a review. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
