This transfer petition has been filed to transfer O.P. (Div.)No.181/2021 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no appearance for the respondent.

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. O.P.(Div.)No.181/2021 has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner for divorce. Two other connected cases between the parties as O.P.(G&W) No.1445/2021 and O.P.(Money) No.337/2021 are pending before the Family Court, Pathanamthitta. Since all the three matters are connected, it is just and proper that they are tried and disposed of by the very same Court.

Hence, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.(Div.)No.181/2021 pending before the Family Court, Kottarakkara is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta for trial and disposal.
