This regular second appeal has been filed under
Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the decree and judgment dated 16.09.2009 in A.S.No.19/2005 on the files of the Second Additional District Judge, Kollam and also the decree and judgment dated 21.08.2004 in O.S.No.157/2000 on the files of the Munsiff Magistrate Court, Paravur.
As per order in I.A.No.1/2024 dated 06.02.2024, permission granted to the appellant to withdraw this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Registry shall inform this matter to the trial court as well
as the appellate court for information and future guidance.
