This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by accused Nos.1 and 2 in crime No.1158/2020 of Chengannoor police station, alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 506, 420, 468, 406, 120B and 34 of IPC.
The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after filing of the final report, the case stands quashed on 05.09.2022. Recording the said submission, this petition stands dismissed.
