These appeals are preferred against the common judgment in O.P. Nos. 582.of 2007 and 229 of 2008 on the files of the Family Court, Nedumangadu.

The parties, in the course of proceedings, underwent mediation to make an attempt to resolve their disputes.

Tnday when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing on both sides that the disputes have been resolved and a Memorandum of Agreement has been executed in terms of Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 and 25 of the Kerala Civil Procedure (Mediation) Rules, 2008.

We have gone through the Memorandum of Agreement. It does not appear to us that any of the terms are unlawful.

In that view of the matter, these Matrimonial Appeals are disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Agreement. The Memorandum of Agreement shall form part of this judgment.
