were already acquitted based on Annexure-E final report. After submitting the final report in Annexure-E, Annexure-A private complaint was filed. If this is entertained, anybody can file any number of complaints stating that in the same incident, some other persons are participated and therefore, they should be prosecuted. If the 2nd respondent has got a grievance that all the accused are not arrayed in the charge sheet, the 2nd respondent ought to have approached the investigating ofÏcer narrating the details and the Investigating OfÏcer is not taking any action. The 2nd respondent only stated that his statement is recorded by the Police and subsequently, he came to know that no case is registered against the petitioners in this case. If that is the case, the 2nd respondent ought to have taken steps to club Annexure-A with Annexure-E final report proceedings. But now, the trial against some of the accused is already over. In such circumstances, I am of the considered opinion that the continuation Annexure-A private
