the learned Public Prosecutor based on the instruction submitted that the case against the petitioner was transferred to the Assistant Sessions Court, Devikulam, and numbered as S.C.No.272/2019 and the petitioner was acquitted on 22.12.2023. In the light of the same,
nothing survives in this case.
Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is closed.
