This criminal miscellaneous case is filed challenging Annexure B order taking cognizance.

Today when the matter came up for consideration, the counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent victim submitted that the trial of this case is already started and connected case is also posted for trial. If that is the case, this criminal miscellaneous case need not be retained here. All the contentions raised by the petitioner are left open and the petitioner is free to agitate the same before the trial court at the appropriate stage.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate all the contentions before the trial court, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case is disposed of.
