J U D G M E N T
The appellant, challenging his conviction and sentence as per the judgment dated 28.01.2013 in Sessions Case No.615 of 2011 on the files of the Sessions Court, Ernakulam, has filed this appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant has undergone the sentence imposed as per the impugned judgment. He was convicted and sentenced for offences under Section 304 Part – I of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Public Prosecutor, no ground to set aside the conviction stands substantiated. When the appellant has already suffered the sentence, I find no reason for further deliberation.
Accordingly the appeal is dismissed.
