JUDGMENT
Since the respondent submits that the petitioner was allowed to participate pursuant to the interim order and the results were withheld as the question of eligibility to be decided in the writ petition, I do not find any contempt as such committed by the respondent. This Contempt of court case is closed without prejudice to any of his contentions in the writ petition that he is eligible for the selection in question.
