The petitioners, who are apprehending arrest at the hands of Contonment Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, in Crime No.343/2020 have filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, where the prosecution alleges commission of offences punishable under Sections 506, 406 and 420 read with 34 of IPC.
this matter the investigation has been completed and Final Report already filed.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioners is not intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
