The petitioner, who is apprehending arrest at the hands of Manimala Police Station, Kottayam, in Crime No.116/2021 has filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, where the prosecution alleges commission of offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC.
The matter has been pending from 2021 onwards and since, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
