JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking limited relief. She prays that Ext.P5 application filed by her before the 2^nd respondent be considered and disposed of within a time frame. Ext.P5 request is one for fixation of fair value in respect of land belonging to the petitioner and covered by Ext.P1 document.

The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that Ext.P5 can be considered by the 2^nd respondent.

Accordingly, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 application filed by the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
