The review petition has been filed on the ground that the amounts shown as the outstanding amount against the overdraft facility and the amounts shown as overdue amount against housing loan account are not correct and despite the petitioner taking up the matter with the respondent bank, the same has not been considered on account of the fact that those amounts have been noted as outstanding/overdue amounts against the aforesaid accounts, in the judgment dated 02.09.2022 in W.P. (C.) No.28926 of 2022.

Considering the above submission, the review petition will stand disposed of, directing that if the petitioner has any grievance regarding the amounts mentioned as due in either of the loan accounts mentioned above, it will be open to the petitioner to take up the matter with the competent authority of the respondent bank. If the petitioner has already filed any such representation regarding the matter, the same may be considered in accordance with law. This order will not have the effect of postponing any action taken by the Bank.
