JUDGMENT

When this matter was called today, Sri.V.Sajith Kumar – learned Standing Counsel for Lakshadweep Administration, submitted that the first prayer in this writ petition has already been acceded to; while, with respect to the second, the 2^nd respondent – Director of Education, is willing to consider Ext.P7 and take a decision thereon, after hearing the petitioner also.

Smt.Alina Anna Kose – learned counsel for the petitioner, affirmed that the first relief of her client has been acceded to by the respondents pending this lis; and prayed that 2^nd respondent may be directed to consider Ext.P7, as has been afore suggested by Sri.V.Sajith Kumar.

In the afore circumstances, recording the submissions of the parties, I allow this writ petition, directing the 2^nd respondent to take up Ext.P7 representation of the petitioner and arrive at an apposite decision thereon, after hearing them; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
