JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he is conducting an authorized food kiosk
inside Subhash Bose Park, Ernakulam. He contends that certain unauthorized
vendors started vending food items in and around the park, and by Ext.P2,
the respondents prohibited the functioning of the above shops. It is stated that in spite of specific interdiction, other persons are conducting the business of selling ice creams. It is in the afore circumstances this writ petition is filed seeking implementation of Ext.P2.
petitioner to run the kiosk was for the period from 8.8.2016 to 8.8.2018. The said period has long since expired. In that view of the matter, nothing
further survives in this writ petition.
This writ petition is closed.
