JUDGMENT
On 28.02.2018, Ext.P1 tender notice was issued to run two coffee
Kiosks and one Milma kiosk within the premises of the Thrissur Medical
College for the period from 1.05.2018 to 30.04.2020. The petitioner claims that he is a disabled person, and according to him, Ext.P1 has been issued to the prejudice of persons like the petitioner herein. It is in the afore circumstances that this writ petition is filed seeking to quash Ext.P1 and for further direction to the respondents to allot the coffee kiosks to the most
eligible person among the disabled as per the prevailing norms after inviting applications.
if any member of the petitioner association is interested in participating in the
tender invited as per Ext.P1 can respond to the tender, and the pendency of
the writ petition shall not stand in the way.

period has long since expired.
In that view of the matter, the prayers sought have become
infructuous. This writ petition is closed.
