The petitioners were appointed as Higher Secondary School Teachers with effect from 28.11.2011. The appointment of the petitioners as HSST (Junior) were approved from 28.11.2011. The post was upgraded as HSST with effect from 23.02.2013. The petitioners seek upgradation from their initial date of appointment itself. They are shown as junior to Sri.Lukose K.D., who was appointed as HSST in Commerce from 28.11.2021. The petitioners have preferred Exts.P10 and P10(a) representations before the 3^rd respondent and seek early disposal.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3^rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P10 and P10(a) representations, after hearing the petitioners, 4^th respondent and Sri.Lukose K.D., at the earliest, at any rate,
