Against the rejection of additional divisions, which according to the petitioner, the school is entitled to, the petitioner manager has preferred Ext.P9 revision petition before the Government. Petitioner relies on the order dated 8.12.2023 and Ext.P10 judgment in WP(C)No.15913 of 2021 and seeks early disposal of Ext.P9 revision.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed directing the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P9 with due regard to Exts.P7 and P10, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition along with a certified copy of the judgment before the 1^st respondent for reference.
