The petitioner was given by transfer appointment

as HSST (English) Junior with effect from 14.02.2018 and

it was approved. The post had been upgraded on 06.02.2019 as per Ext.P4. The request for upgradation as

HSST English has not been allowed stating that the 4^th

¶28

respondent cannot consider it in his status as ex-officio manager. The petitioner has preferred Ext.P6

¶29

representation and seeks early disposal of the same.

In view of the limited prayer made, this writ

petition is disposed of directing the 4^th respondent to

consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation, after

hearing the petitioner and after having due regard to
