to 4. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued, notice

to the 5^th respondent is dispensed with.

The petitioner was appointed as Physical Education

¶27

Teacher for the period from 01.06.2016 to 06.07.2018 in a leave vacancy. Even though the leave was sanctioned, the appointment was not approved by the Educational Officer. Thereafter, the petitioner had appointed on regular basis with effect from 01.11.2021. The appointment on regular basis was also rejected by the 4^th respondent. Aggrieved by the denial of approval of appointment, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P8
