The petitioners are teachers working in an aided

school. Their appointment was during the ban period towards additional division vacancies. They seek approval

of their appointments by deeming that the Manager had

executed a bond in terms of GO(P).No.10/10/G.Edn dated

12.01.2010.

In similar situations, this Court has issued Exts.P8 and P9 judgments and several other judgments directing approval, deeming that the Manager has executed a bond. I do not find any reason to take a

different view.

This writ petition is disposed of directing the
