JUDGMENT

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in

Form 5 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

Petitioners are the co-owners and in possession of 12.5 Ares of property in Block no.003 in resurvey no.336/13 and 336/11 of Karukutty Village. Petitioners submit that the above property is lying as purayidam, but in the data bank it is shown as nilam and thereupon they preferred Ext.P2 application to remove the same from the data bank.

Heard the learned Government Pleader also.

After hearing both sides I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 application in Form 5 in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Petitioners will be free to file argument notes incorporating copies of the judgments if any relied on by them to substantiate their contentions and the 1^st respondent RDO while considering the matter as directed above,
