JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that he is the owner in possession of the properties covered by Ext. P1 partition deed. After a long delay, he made Exts. P2 and P3 applications for mutation. The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in disposal of Exts. P2 and P3 applications by respondents 2 and 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent Tahsildar (LR) to forward Exts. P2 and P3 applications to

formalities/enquiry in that office, within a period of two months. On receipt of the same, respondents 2
and 3 shall pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of one month thereafter.
