Pursuant to the interim order dated 17.08.2023,
permitting the petitioner to remit the land tax in respect of the property covered by Ext.P1 in physical mode, the petitioner has paid the land tax and it has been accepted by the respondent. The petitioner also submits that the land tax receipt has been issued without any endorsement.
This is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
