J U D G M E N T
The petitioner states that he is in exclusive ownership and possession of 61 cents of property in Survey No. 11/B3 in Peringode Amsom, Palakkad Taluk. After obtaining ownership of the property by virtue of Ext.P1 registered Will, the petitioner made an application for its mutation. The petitioner submits that though there were certain litigations in respect of the aforesaid property, they ended in favour of the petitioner's father as per Exts.P2 and P3 judgments.
