JUDGMENT
The petitioner, a widow aged 67 years, states that she is in possession of 5½ cents of land comprised in Sy.No.158/5 of Puthuvype Village. The petitioner submits that, as per Ext.P6, patta was granted in respect of a portion of her property. Aggrieved by the non-assignment of patta in respect of the full extent of the land claimed to be in her possession, she has preferred Ext.P12 appeal before the additional 4th respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer as evident from Ext.P13 receipt. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for an early disposal of Ext.P12 appeal by the additional 4th respondent.
