JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) Issue a direction to the respondents to take immediate action and issue “No caste No religion” certificate to the petitioner within such time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to take action against corruption.
and realising that there is no provision under the revenue manuals enabling the revenue authorities to issue a certificate of the nature sought for by the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that it would be ideal for the petitioner or other similarly situated persons to file a representation before the Government seeking to take a policy decision on that issue.
