This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following
relief:-
“To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the 2nd respondent to evict the 4th respondent by removing the temporary shed in the PWD road margins in Exts. P3 to P5 representations.”
learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is not pressing the writ petition.
