JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the owner of the property covered by Ext.P1 settlement deed. He submitted an application for transfer of registry in respect of the said property. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far, mutation has not been effected. The petitioner submits that he intends to start a tea shop after obtaining a loan for which purpose mutation is to be effected.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for mutation within one month from the date of
