JUDGMENT
Amidst the various assertions, averments and
allegations made and urged in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner – Sri.M.R.Sarin Panicker, made a limited plea, that his client's representation, namely Ext.P2, be directed to be disposed of by the 1st respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Court for that reason.
In the afore circumstances, I allow this writ petition and direct the 1st respondent to take up Ext.P2 representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Needless to say, if the 1st respondent is find in favour of the petitioner's representation, all further action thereon shall be taken without any avoidable delay thereafter.
I reiteratingly clarify that, since this Court has not heard respondents 4 and 5, 1st respondent will act only after hearing them and recording their version and his opinion on the same will be reflected in the resultant order.
