JUDGMENT
Amidst the various assertions, averments and allegations made and urged in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner – Sri.Joby Cyriac, made a limited plea that his client's representation, namely Ext.P3, be directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In the afore circumstances, I allow this Writ Petition and direct the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P3 representation and dispose it of, after hearing the petitioner; thus culminating in an appropriate order and necessary action thereon, as expeditiously as is possible, but not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
