JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

“1. Issue Writ in the nature of mandamus 4^th respondent to consider approving promotion of the petitioner as Headmistress from 1.4.2021 as directed by the second respondent in Ext.P.6 and grant all consequential benefits including revision of pension etc.

Direct the 4^th respondent to comply with the directions in Ext.P6 order of the second respondent without any reservation. 3. Direct the first respondent to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings under KCS (CCA) Rules against the 4th respondent AEO for disobeying the direction in Ext.P6 order.

Declare that the petitioner is entitled to get approval as Headmistress of 5^th respondent school and all consequential benefits in view of Ext.P.6 order of second respondent.

Such other reliefs that the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.” [SIC]

The main grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P6

order passed by the 2^nd respondent is not implemented. This Court directed the Government Pleader to get instructions. The

Government Pleader after getting instructions submitted that consequential orders based on Ext.P6 will be passed within one

month. If that is the case, the writ petition itself can be disposed of directing the 4^th respondent to pass consequential order within one month.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:

1. The 4^th respondent is directed to pass consequential order in the light of Ext.P6 order and also based on subsequent direction, if any of the 2^nd respondent as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a stamped certified copy of this judgment.

1. The petitioner will produce a stamped certified copy of this judgment before the 4^th respondent for compliance.
