This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the interim order of this Court permitting the fourth respondent to continue as the Manager. Admittedly, before the dispute arose, she was the Manager. The dispute is now between the siblings. One of the sons of the fourth respondent claims that the property has been transferred to his name, which is disputed by the fourth respondent. The suit is now pending before the Civil Court.
