When this matter was called today, Sri.Mohanlal – learned

counsel for the petitioner, conceded that, pending this lis, the respondent has begun to reside with his client – who is his wife;

and that he has also moved an application to withdraw O.P.No.3080/2022, originally on the files of the Family Court, Trissur, but which has now been transferred to Kunnamkulam, on the constitution of the said Court. He, therefore, prayed that this Transfer Petition be closed; however, leaving liberty to his client now to approach this Court again, in case the Original Petition, pending before the Family Court, Kunnamkulam, is not withdrawn in terms of the application of the respondent.
